Coronial Hearings

Under circumstances where the death of a person comes under scrutiny a coronial hearing is ordered to investigate. This hearing is presided over by a Magistrate and witnesses and persons of interest are called to give evidence. This is a court room situation where the rules of law apply. It can often be a daunting experience where legal advice and support is a necessity.

Bell Miller Solicitors has vast experience in attending such hearings. Our principal, Neil Lawler, has been involved in the Cameron Doomadgee inquests and hearings, and has a vast knowledge of the intricacies involved in these types of proceedings.
